Since the very beginning we have focused on providing Highly Motivated Young Professionals in different stages (College, Recent Graduates, Experienced) Resources that are hard to come at their stage. Some of these resources include:
- Next Level Mentoring: We have not one but HUNDREDS of Global Mentors from around the World willing to share their advice and experiences with Team Members. We also introduce them with local Ambassadors that will help them get acquainted with our Team Members and clarify resources. And for those that need something extra, we introduce them with to Career Coaches for individual and group sessions.
- Multiple Networking Opportunities: Whether online or around the world, our Team is excited to meet and share ideas with each other. - Global Support / Local Communities: Whether in New York or Sao Paulo, San Francisco or London; Bogota or Miami, our Team experiences the much needed support and network of leaders that can help them find opportunities (hands on training, internships, jobs, recruiters, prospects, etc.) and connect with other Executives on our Network.
